What it Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer?
It is a muscle building program that is customized for the individual body type of the trainee. Kyle Leon, the creator of this best selling guide, teaches us that the one size fits all approach to training does not produce optimal results. He goes on to say that your individual body type determines what type of training approach will give you the best results

Programming for Somatotype
“Somatotype” is a term that just means body type. The three basic somatotypes are:
  • Mesomorph: The natural athlete is a mesomorph. They are muscular, strong and lean.
  • Endomorphs: are naturally stocky and soft. They gain weight easily, and are usually a few pounds overweight.
  • Ectomorphs: tend to be naturally skinny and not vey muscular with little fat mass, and have a hard time gaining muscle.
The latest research into exercise science strongly suggests that individuals with different somatotypes require different training approaches to make optimal gains. In other words, what works well for one group may produce insufficient results in another. Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer takes this research into account, and tailors it’s programming to the somatotype of the individual. This ensures that everyone who follows the plan is performing a routine that is ideal for their specific body types, and that they will achieve optimal results from their efforts.

Does it work?
This approach works because it considers how your body will respond to different stimuli. Ectomorphs, for example, have a hard time adding bulk, so they will need to consume a lot of calories and ensure that they take enough days off of training each week to amply recover. Endomorphs, on the other hand, gain weight easily, so they will have to limit their calories and train more often to prevent unwanted fat gain.
